Brighten up the short dark days of winter with our Winter Fresh menu created by Chef Michael Felsenstein that features fresh seasonal ingredients inspired by the Pacific North West.

Begin your meal with a salad of beets, candied walnuts, carrots, blue cheese and balsamic vinegar followed by an entrée of spice rubbed New York strip with yam-potato gratin & red wine braised onions. Finish with a seasonal, pumpkin praline cheesecake.
